Do you have a recipe using catfish nuggets other than just frying them?

I have several bags of catfish nuggets in my freezer.I love them fried but I was wondering if anyone has used them in another way besides just frying them.I want tried and true recipes,not just recipes you find on the Internet or cookbooks.Thanks for you time.
