My 1998 Ford F-150 won't start up. What could it be?

The battery has been replaced. The alternator and solenoid both have been replaced as well. Also it, the truck will run under jumper cables. But when the jumper cables are removed, the gauges fall and the truck will no longer run. What can I do to fix the problem?
