In general, do you think National League pitchers are pulled too early for pinch hitters?

Unless your name is Lawrence from the Mets there is no reason to be coming out in the 4th (Mets fans will know he is known for self-destructing in the 5th or 6th). But on a normal basis if you are on your game as a pitcher I say stay in there. But that is a old school mentality. The problem is todays pitchers arms aren't conditioned to go more than 100 or so pitches from the time they were brought up. So with that high pitch count comes the inevitable table service which is why the National League Manager has the tendency to think, think, and over think regarding pitching changes.
