why don't you talk to your partner about how you feel,she may feel the same and may even be open to suggestion of seeing other people.if not,then i guess you need to ask yourself whether what you have with your partner is really enough?... afterall,we only have one shot at this life so why be remotely unhappy? and the fact that you don't have kids can only make things much easier on you both
