I just went to the flower show and took 120 photos on my phone and deleted them how do I get them back?

I have a palm centro smartphone by the way. It's a couple years old. I am really mad! I took so many pictures and I was trying to upload them to facebook but instead they got deleted by accident! Please please help hope I can still track them!
