2 rabbit questions.--?

i got my rabbit last year. her owners abused her n didnt feed her-she was in 4 inches of pee. she has had many broken bones n front1 paw is turned way in-vet said its been broke bout30 times. well at first if u touched her food or water she'd freak. about 3 days later she was great. she stays by u, great w/new babys/kids etc. she wants held alot. we moved n put her on a little tv stand n food under where movies would go. now--- shes gained 3 pounds since i got her. shes 5 or so. i gave her a nut when i put her back in her cage-now she puts both paws out of cage n sounds like a puppy cryin till u give her 1 everytime she goes back in-is that bad for her?p-nuts-cash-the bigoval 1s- n 2nd is-since we got her my daugter n i hold her alot(at least i thought) now she crys n whines till i hold her n carry her around. if shes sittin on my lap n i stop petin her for a second she licks my hands n arms till i pet her more. is this normal? is she tryin to tell me somethin hurts?
