Can taking 1 bottle of Novadex xt screw up your hormone system at 18?

I just took 1 bottle and am not taking anymore. Made the big mistake of listening to someone at the supplement store and was foolish myself. Didnt really do anything except decrease in libido but Im afraid that I could have hurt my endocrine system.Im only 18.
