Is it good or not?to look skinny when u r not.?

Here is what it sounds like, you are what we call in the fitness industry as skinny fat. You are the right weight and your slender but its all mainly mush of fat. There is nothing wrong with that if you are happy with yourself then you are already ahead of the game. If you like that weight but want less mush then all you have to do is some strength workouts to help tone and sculpt your muscles.
