Negative ripple of universal health care..?

(And I'm a liberal Dem.) if we ever make it universal, how many jobs would be lost. With a single payer system, the number of medical insurance specialists, plus those who work for those private ins. companies. That's a lot of ppl out of work. I just graduated from an ins. billing cl, just got a great job.. ooops?
