So i like this girl?

ok i just go thome from a punk show...this girls is cool, i have asked her out as a gf, but hse said not yet,that i have to wait till we to get to know eachother a lil more.i tol dher that i wont wait if i dont have a chance....she said that i did have a chance..... i took her out to bowl, then we ate and we were at the beach at night just talking. i hugged her from behind...she didnt resist. idk if she was ok with me hugging her like that. is it ok?well and now i just got home from a show...she wanted to see my band play but we had some problems...she when for a lil bit and she had to go, she told me to walk her out cause her mom was picking her up. so i did...and i hugged her goodnite.i called her once the show got raded, and she said to give her my phone# and that she would call me...i told her that if she can call me in 10 min. but she didnt..what are some tips?...cause i really like herhow do i know when she is ready?give me any peice of info u guys got!!!im 17yrs she is 16yrs old
