When walking my puppy Boxer/GSD mix. He jumps & grabs my legs to stop me walking. How do I stop this?

be sure hes collar is ok get ur 2 fingers put ur fingers in between his neck n the collar if its not squeezing ur fingers than that's ok well try this if that's not it if u go walk in discipline him so no keep walking
