Where can I exchange my Silver Psp for a Black Psp???

I got tired of my Silver Psp and I wanna get a Black one.It has scratches but not deep scratches, but you could only see it in the light. I also have the Family Guy Movie, 1gb Memory Card, and the Daxter VideoGame that came with the bundle. Is it possible to exchange it for a new Black Psp without paying extra for the Black one?? Plz Help..
